I am married to the former Faye Mohler of Canonsburg, PA and have two sons, Jason and Jonathan and a granddaughter Nicole. I graduated from Memphis State with a BBA; Oklahoma City University, MBA and an MS and PhD from Syracuse University in Information Technology. I retired from the Army in December 1999 as a Colonel and was the Chief Information Officer for the National Defense University in Washington, DC. I am the President of UGTI Corporation and reside in Fairfax Station, VA with my wife and our two Labrador Retrievers, Lucy and Anny.
